PROSPECTION

Ya-Hub Translations represents 80% of the global revenue, Ya-Hub Digital represents 15% and Ya-Hub Consulting 5%.

We have decided it was time for us to diversify our revenue stream on the services side of things before we get started with selling the platform – once we secure consequent funding (through external investment or major contracts/tenders).

To do so, we have started growing our teams through hiring senior business developers and project managers, on a freelance basis.

Our new sales hires are selling predominately using our main social media LinkedIn as we are Business-to-Business oriented exclusively, reaching out to qualified leads according to accurate persona analysis done internally / within the team, then following up either via email and/or organising video calls using Zoom or Google Meet as is common use in the new COVID world. Our business developers all have access to our J360 tender’s account to see and submit our bids. For us tenders amount to $500,000 in average for a 1 to 3-year contract. Tenders are another great opportunity to boost the business as a whole.

Our new project managers are working closely with our company’s head of project management making sure the vetting process is following internal guidelines and rules, ensuring quality and fast delivery to the customer.

Ya-Hub Digital project managers’ duty is to vet then assign projects to our pool of multilingual digital marketers. They must be proficient in SEO, Social Media optimization, PPC and/or copywriting and based locally – we cover over 200 countries across the globe.

Ya-Hub Consulting project managers’ duty is to vet then assign projects to our pool of business growth consultants. They must be proficient in lead generation, market research, accountancy, tax management, legal services and/or human resources and based locally – we cover over 200 countries across the globe.

COMMUNICATION

Our new social media manager is now posting 6 times a day from Monday to Friday on our main social media (aimed at Business-to-Business) i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Number of followers and likes have grown tremendously since he started his tasks at the beginning of May.

Our teams (Ed Balde CEO and Inda Valero CMO mainly) still post articles twice a month on our blog, choosing relevant subjects around language, multilingual web and market entry services related topics.

Finally – there is a possible partnership with VC backed (Capita) company Distributed to co-develop our new workflow platform once funding is secured. Talks with Distributed’s directors are ongoing.
