This is it. 2020 is ending today. What a year! Some may say.

Goodbye 2020!

Our company has finally made it,  meaning we survived this crazy year full of uncertainty…and opportunities.

All this obviously happened thanks to our amazing customers from around the world and thanks to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team. Business developers, account managers, office managers, accountant, project managers, marketers, bloggers, consultants and translators… thank you!

During 2020, we managed to increase company’s profitability as we anticipated the risks associated with the global pandemic and its effects on the economy as early as March.

Looking to the near future meaning 2021, we will keep on managing multi-language projects for our global customers whilst looking for new clients through expansion and prospection activities.

In an effort to work closer to our clients (glocalization) and amidst Brexit changes, we will be operating from within the Eurozone as of next year to accommodate our Euro-paying customers. The UK entity will manage the UK-based customer base. North America and LatAM operations will be centralized in our US-based office. Later on next year, a new South East Asia-based office will open.

And here is the icing on the cake. We will roll out our new language platform. This platform will be SaaS based, it will be a blend of Human+AI interaction for better / faster translations. It will enable teams to organize their multi-language projects better through a seamless user interface. Stay tuned on that.
