Everyone on our planet, regardless of nationality, culture, religion, or belief, shares the same goal: happiness. So… Where do we find happiness?
The statement of happiness is frequently shared through positive greeting cards to spread joy and celebrations by using kind words to express affection, gratitude, and sympathy to loved ones. Greeting cards are given on special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, promotions, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Diwali, and more.
Some common positive greetings that are always appreciated include “Happy Birthday to you!” Happy wedding anniversary! Happy company anniversary! Happy Graduation Day! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!” Merry Christmas! Congratulations!
Since childhood, I have observed that our modern society has instilled in us a set of stereotypes to pursue: success, wealth, power, style, and love. At the end of the day, we are all searching for and preparing for them. But are stereotypes the key to happiness?
The reality is that all of these externalities can make you happy for a short time, but not in the long run. Life events such as getting an amazing hairstyle, a new car, or being promoted in a global company will undoubtedly make you feel great. You will feel genuinely good, proud, excited, relieved, or satisfied, and your life will change in some ways. However, you will only feel happy for a short time until you become accustomed to these changes.
In 2010, some studies on lottery winners found that after a relatively short period of time, they were no happier than before their win. What happens to their emotional state after winning the lottery? The researchers examined the findings of these studies and discovered that recent winners reported increased satisfaction in everyday activities such as receiving a compliment, chatting with a friend on the phone, having lunch with a date, watching TV, or eating their favorite breakfast foods.
Remember: It is great to be successful and able to buy whatever you want, but being successful or wealthy does not imply happiness. What is the true meaning of happiness? What is the key to happiness?
Happiness is a feeling of pleasure and positivity; it’s a positive emotion. It is an emotional state of mind characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment and fulfillment.
Happiness originates in the mind; our mental health determines how happy we are in life. The best way to find happiness is to think positively, express gratitude, and plant positive seeds.
Happiness is a mood, Positivity is a Mindset
Happiness is a mood; happiness is an emotion; and thus, happiness is transient, whereas positivity is a mindset. In a positive life, positivity can be constant. Positivity is a life skill that can be learned.
Do we need a list of the steps required to accomplish it? No, all you need to do to find positivity is look within yourself and share it with others. But, in case you need advice, let us train ourselves to be positive by following these few and simple pieces of advice.
1. Train your brain to be positive rather than negative. Identify areas for improvement, be open to humor, and concentrate on the good things that happen around you.
2. Say a positive sentence to yourself. Look in the mirror, say a positive sentence that makes you happy, and then smile.
3. Think positively. Start thinking more positively and productively than you normally do. Be happy even when you have little, or celebrate someone else’s success. Everything matters in order to create a more positive environment and feel happier.
4. Visualize positive outcomes. Have a positive vision for your business or your future life, regardless of how bad things are right now. Visualize yourself or your business succeeding, and you will act more confident and positive, which will undoubtedly attract positivity to you.
5. Practice and Express Gratitude:

-At the end of the day, pray or meditate and be thankful for the positive things that happened to you throughout the day.
6. Cultivate your relationships:
-Make an effort to attend a lunch, a conference, a birthday, etc. Attend whatever social event comes your way and use the opportunity to speak with other participants constructively.
