Approach
- Selected teams at proposal stage to ensure all languages could be worked on at the same time
- Looked at native language and expertise level in software and airline/transportation related subjects
- Used client’s technical glossary (list of technical terms) – vital to provide quality content
Results
- Multiple languages scope – meant this project needed to be managed closely by Ya-Hub Translations project managers to ensure our translation team was working efficiently all the way through
- Deadline was met and optimal quality content was delivered
Conclusion
The Ya-Hub Translations team had to prepare well in advance, in order to fulfil the requirements of the project i.e. making sure all 12 languages were correctly translated and content was delivered in a timely manner. Not an easy task although the job was fully completed as per the client’s brief.
